Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; homecare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Determine Medicaid coverage type for potential clients and assist onboarding.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, outbound calls to warm leads, manage client journey.
• Complete extensive paperwork and maintain accurate records during onboarding.
• Coordinate in-home assessments and service starts with local teams.
• Make daily calls and maintain detailed notes; move leads through stages efficiently.
• Aim for 11–15 clients to start services each month.
