You'll answer inbound calls, gather required information, verify Medicaid/Medicare eligibility, and move referrals forward while keeping CRM notes accurate. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inside sales, healthcare, patient intake, customer service, or insurance experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Administration/Business/Healthcare/Marketing.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work with families compassionately and professionally.
• Experience using a CRM (Zoho preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare/managed care insurance preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and referral sources.
• Call families to gather information to begin home care services.
• Verify Medicaid/Medicare/MCO eligibility.
• Explain services and admissions process.
• Follow up to complete paperwork and move referrals forward.
• Maintain accurate notes in Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate with coordination and recruitment to start care quickly.
• Manage multiple referrals while staying organized.
• Provide excellent customer service at every interaction.
