Job summary

All American Home Care is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first contact for families seeking home care, guiding them through admissions with professionalism, urgency, and compassion.

You will answer inquiries, verify insurance, educate families about services, and coordinate with clinical and recruitment teams to activate cases. Strong communication and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification or related role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources.
• Conduct intake calls to understand each family's care needs.
• Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and commercial plans.
• Educate families on home care services and admissions process.
• Follow up to move cases toward Start of Care.
• Maintain documentation in Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Coordination, and Clinical teams for timely case activation.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with strong customer service.
