Job summary

A First Name Basis (AFNB) is growing in-home care provider with 40+ offices across four states. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Plano, TX team onsite.

The role focuses on guiding clients through starting home care services and ensuring they receive needed support. The Inside Sales Specialist handles Medicaid onboarding, responds to calls and emails, and coordinates assessments with local teams to start services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Homecare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Determine Medicaid coverage type and assist onboarding.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and manage client journey until services begin.
• Complete extensive paperwork and maintain accurate records during onboarding.
• Coordinate in-home assessments and service starts with local teams.
• Make daily calls and maintain detailed notes, progressing leads through stages.
• Ensure 11-15 clients start services each month.
