Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for families seeking home care support in Baltimore, Maryland. You will guide families, verify coverage, and help move cases toward a Start of Care with urgency and compassion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and CRM experience (Zoho a plus). A bilingual English/Spanish skill set is strongly preferred. Join us and make a significant difference in families' lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, intake, healthcare, or insurance.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls to understand client needs.
• Verify insurance coverage accurately.
• Document activity accurately in Zoho CRM.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
