Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and experience making daily cold calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• As our Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and team to drive account penetration and expand market opportunities.
• In this role, you will generate new sales leads through database research, prospecting, client referrals, and cold outreach while actively pursuing opportunities with target customers.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with Territory Managers to develop opportunities and close sales, helping grow both customer relationships and revenue.
• Success in this role comes from building strong connections with customers, developing a consistent lead pipeline, and contributing to a high-performing team.
