Poolcorp in Edmond, OK is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help walk-in and phone customers, process sales orders via data entry, and ensure a smooth sales flow from inquiry to delivery.

You will build relationships, provide timely answers, handle questions and returns, and work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate shipping and pickup while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service attitude and ability to work with walk-in and phone customers.
• Proficient data entry and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers.
• Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately enters sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
• Secures payment or obtains credit authorization as per policy.
• Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
