Service Corporation International in Mission, TX seeks a Sales Professional for inside sales to assist families with cemetery property and pre-need arrangements. You will present options, answer questions, and document selections while driving engagement with growth opportunities.

As the primary contact, you will manage leads in Salesforce, meet a 4:1 close target, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends to support families in their time of need.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1 year customer service or direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Life Insurance License required by state.
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exemplary customer service to families and sell cemetery property and pre-need arrangements.
• Present electronic presentations explaining services, products, and options.
• Drive company vehicle to show plots or niches and discuss options with customers.
• Enter selections into electronic contract and verify documents.
• Follow up with families as arrangements progress and resolve concerns.
• Maintain leads in Salesforce and monitor progress toward close targets.
• Attend visits, services, and events to address guest questions and issues.
• Generate warm leads from attending families and schedule formal appointments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Conhecimentos

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Customer service experience

Direct sales experience

Verbal communication skills

Willingness to work nights weekends OT

Formação académica

High School Diploma or GED

College coursework (sophomore level) preferred

Two years related work experience in lieu of college
