This role requires strong relationship-building and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. Target compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential higher earnings based on performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Ability to pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation: prospect 1-2 hours daily, obtain referrals, network and present to families.
• Build relationships: respond to inquiries promptly, listen actively, understand families’ needs, follow up for satisfaction.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to provide seamless service, review past interactions, support current needs.
