DPR Equipment in Monroe, LA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and support fulfillment. You will serve as the internal point of contact and work closely with outside sales and branch leadership.

The role requires 3-5 years in inside sales or customer service and a high school diploma; construction supplies experience is a plus. You will maintain accurate quotes and records, ensuring timely service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsabilités

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
