DPR Equipment in Abilene, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide advanced inside sales and customer support. You will manage inquiries, quotes, orders, and fulfillment while collaborating with outside sales and branches to meet revenue goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales or customer service, with 2–4 years in construction supplies or equipment desirable; a high school diploma is required. On-site position with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
