Job summary

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH, a leading electronics distributor, seeks a proactive Inside Sales / Sales Support professional in the United States. You will help achieve sales targets through reliable customer and order management and build strong relationships with customers across Rutronik’s product portfolio.

You will manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use MS Office and ERP/CRM systems to drive planning

Qualifications

• Education in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Experience in electronics distribution or technical B2B is a plus.
• Fluent English; MS Office proficiency; ERP/CRM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
