Job summary

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in the United States is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to grow our electronic components portfolio.

You will develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin and design-in targets, build long-term customer relationships, provide technical and commercial support, and coordinate with internal teams while traveling regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• Develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s portfolio.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and translate application requirements into suitable product solutions.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field; or relevant technical sales experience.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s electronic components portfolio.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and translate application requirements into suitable product solutions.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate quotations, samples, projects, delivery topics, and customer requirements together with internal specialist teams.
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Quality Management
• Fluent English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory
