Job summary

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in the United States is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support specialist to help achieve sales targets through reliable customer and order management.

You will manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and inquiries, while building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution or a technical B2B environment.
• Fluent English and confident use of Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik's product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service.

Your role with us

• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working
  
• Fluent English and confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
