Job summary

DSI Southwest in Dallas is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas or Houston office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Standard office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; this position is not remote. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, follow up on shipments, and assist with invoicing. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Effective time management skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide quotes to customers based on current market trends
• Follow-up on pending shipments, quotes, and any customer inquiries
• Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders
