ADESA, a Carvana owned company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain positive business relationships. You will understand customer needs and tailor ADESA products and services to meet them, acting as a trusted partner to drive growth and retention.

You will generate leads, close deals, and execute dealer sales strategies while managing accounts and maximizing outcomes in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• College education preferred.
• Proven success in outside B2B sales.
• Territory management experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and close deals.
• Effectively execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales strategy.
• Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to drive growth in vehicles sold and purchased.
• Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services.
• Maximize technology and systems to track opportunities.
• Work in a fast-paced business environment with energy and professionalism.
