Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up in Cincinnati, OH. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; pay typically starting at $24 an hour depending on experience.

You will work with Sales associates to determine the best products, coordinate deliveries, and provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders while using CRM and phone systems to support customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with upselling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support customer needs with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Effectively use CRM system and phone system.
