Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work which includes forklift experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support with courteous communication and accurate quotes.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems; respond via phone, email, or fax.
• Maintain showroom inventory and coordinate deliveries and shipping logistics.
• Balance cash and use management software for billing and reporting.
• Maintain product knowledge and documentation for large or complex projects.
• Coordinate deliveries with operations staff and assist with special product purchases.
• Attend required sales trainings and company programs.
• Support Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and company values.
