CDF Distributors, a leader in online door, frame, and hardware solutions, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads and guide customers through quotes and orders. The role emphasizes consultative selling, accurate quoting, and strong customer service across a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or call center experience, familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm leads into satisfied customers. What You’ll do:

• Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
