Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a driven sales/estimating professional to drive product sales of doors, frames, hardware, and related specialties to general contractors and light commercial clients. You will estimate from blueprints, manage assigned accounts, and deliver profitable pricing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of industry experience, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel between project sites and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience in doors/frames/hardware industry preferred.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Estimating from blueprints.
• Meet planned sales and margin expectations.
• Coordinate sales of assigned accounts; monitor product and delivery needs.
• Represent the company knowledgeably and professionally.
• Provide solutions to customers regarding material procurement, distribution and application.
• Perform bid reviews to ensure profitable and competitive pricing.
• Conduct telemarketing during slow periods to seek new business.
• Facilitate customer relations between branches and customers.
• Assist with collection of accounts receivable if needed.
• Estimate materials from customer-provided information as needed.
• Prepare and input orders and research/order special products.
