Value Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver superior customer service and act as the main liaison for customers including homeowners, contractors, and dealers.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with Sales Managers to provide prompt solutions, and support the order fulfillment process with production and delivery teams. You will also educate customers on our products, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, and/or call center.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Window/Millwork knowledge is a plus.
• Experience reading CAD drawings preferred.
• Coordinating with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of the sales administration process.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of residential building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets for single-family homes and related structures.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (fractions, arithmetic, geometry).
• Weekend availability as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries across channels.
• Partner with Sales Manager and Account Managers to offer prompt solutions.
• Take Off Order Entry, Corrections, Version Tracking and Record Keeping.
• Act as the technical expert to educate customers on Value Windows & Doors products.
• Support order fulfillment by working with production, credit, and delivery teams.
• Make outbound calls to targeted customers to strengthen relationships.
• Process and review orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Provide system-generated quotations to customers.
• Report on competitor pricing when available.
• Communicate with departments, staff, and customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Adhere to ethical policies and procedures.
• Provide a detailed report of quotes not converted into orders when requested.
• Plan ship dates for orders.
• Handle other duties and special projects as needed.
