Job summary

Carter Lumber in Michigan is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to become the face of the store, helping customers with product information, estimates, and transactions. You will also follow up on online quotes, qualify new leads, support field reps, and help with inventory control.

You will complete comprehensive training on products and the POS system. Salary plus commission is offered with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information and project needs.
• Provide advice on products and calculate estimates for packages and projects.
• Process transactions and follow up on online quotes.
• Support Outside Sales Reps as needed and assist in inventory control through cycle counts.
• Resolve overages/shortages and ensure accurate stock levels.
