Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial products or technical solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, follow up, and close sales opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence making outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, lead follow-up, referrals, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and targeted prospecting.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and drive sales through closing.
• Develop knowledge of Fischer's measurement technologies and service offerings and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and channel partners while identifying opportunities for additional services, products, upgrades, and applications.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing, and Operations to coordinate customer needs, demonstrate technical support, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, pipeline, forecast, and activity information in the CRM.
• Generate sales orders in SAP and verify purchase orders against Fischer proposals.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads, website inquiries, trade-show leads, and other opportunities while tracking sales activity and results.
