Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Brighton, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to establish and maintain contact with small to mid-size customers, increasing machine and parts and service sales.

You will conduct 20+ calls daily and coordinate with team to reflect our One Professional Team vision. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a college degree or equivalent, and 3+ years in outbound sales, customer service, and administrative experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years outbound phone sales experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates demonstrations and facilitates quotes and qualification processes.
• Maintains and updates customer account information and data.
• Tracks account, territory and sales goals in CRM.
• Route parts, service, sales and rental requests to appropriate personnel.
• Manage multiple sales leads and opportunities.
• Build consultative relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and others.
• Make 20 calls per day as part of a disciplined campaign.
• Maintain call cycles per account PAR strategy.
• Qualify accounts and grow customer relationships.
• Promote all products and services offered by Wagner Equipment & Wagner Rents.
