Job summary

Driving Academy is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Wayne, NJ to manage warm leads and guide customers through the sales process. You will deliver information, present programs, process payments, and maintain CRM records in a client-facing office setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in inside sales, fluent English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. On-site benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs and propose programs.
• Maintain high volume of calls and set sales appointments.
• Present in-office sales presentations and process payments.
• Handle inquiries and route complex issues appropriately.
• Instruct new students on classroom procedures and school operations.
• Maintain CRM records and detailed activity reports.
