Driving Academy is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of our organization. You will engage warm leads, present programs, and guide customers through the sales process with integrity.

This role requires inside sales excellence, strong communication, and the ability to manage CRM-driven activities. Core responsibilities include appointment setting, presenting to potential students, processing payments, and maintaining customer documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales & telecom sales.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with customers and leads to identify needs and recommend programs.
• Maintains outbound/inbound calls to set sales appointments with warm leads.
• Delivers sales presentations in the office per SOPs.
• Processes payments by cash, check, and credit card.
• Handles customer questions and forwards issues when needed.
• Instructs new students on classroom procedures.
• Ensures documentation and service requests comply with policy.
• Processes invoices and related documents.
• Maintains contact with customers via calls, text, email, and in-person visits.
• Utilizes CRM and maintains detailed sales activity reports.
• Master service model and performs other duties as assigned.
