Qualifications

• Knowledge of company products, pricing and guidelines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone or email and answer product inquiries.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages.
• Enter orders and schedule product deliveries.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity goals and assist with workshops.
