Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Anchorage, AK. You will be the primary contact for retail customers, providing product expertise, quotes, order processing, and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment while delivering excellent service.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn order-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to retail customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, returns, and exchanges.
• Actively promote and sell building materials, products, and related solutions.
• Prepare material estimates and quotes for small-scale projects.
• Enter customer orders accurately and coordinate delivery scheduling.
• Support store operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
