Lansing Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Denver to be the primary contact for showroom customers, handling calls and orders. You will prepare quotes and develop product knowledge to provide exceptional service while supporting inventory control and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries and processing orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services to provide exceptional service.
• Use inventory management system to fill orders and maintain inventory control.
• Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials.
