Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong commitment to customer service and integrity.
• Interest in sales/retail evidenced by prior work or education.
• Ability to work well in a team and with customers.
• Basic computer skills and keyboard use.
• Goal-oriented and ready to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of building products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for showroom customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products per architect plans.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services.
• Use the inventory management system to fill orders and manage stock.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including loading/unloading materials as needed.
