Job summary

Arbor/Metals Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks an Inside Sales representative to sell and introduce services to new and existing clients. You will quote customers, take orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include managing CRM data, building relationships, and collaborating with Outside Sales to grow the sales pipeline. Requires 3+ years in customer service, preferably in metals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in metals/steel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; able to type and manage data.

Responsibilities

• Source material and create stock and non-stock purchases.
• Maintain inventory of pipe, flange, and fittings.
• Quote and process orders from acceptance to completion.
• Coordinate between customer and traffic dispatcher for on-time delivery.
• Capture and relay market information and feedback to management.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers; manage a CRM database.
• Team with Outside Sales Rep to build a pipeline of opportunities and close sales.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers.
