POSITION SUMMARY

Develop long-term, co-creative relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and increase sales and profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop product calculations and quotes for new and existing products and customers on a timely basis.
• Ability to evaluate customer specifications on quotes for product orders and provide consistent follow up.
• Assist/Own the expedite order process for specific urgent orders.
• Form relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with project management and marketing materials with sales team.
• Gather and communicate the details of each quote, including all specifications and tolerances.
• Evaluate and answer customer technical questions and complaints.
• Assist with quality related issues and returns and rework of products.
• Develops understanding of manufacturing and support processes, including floor activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
• Must be assertive, detail-oriented, ability to set priorities.
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate with internal and external Engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have very strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Must be comfortable in establishing new contacts.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Programs.
