United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch.

You will recommend solutions, quote, sell and fulfill orders for equipment and services based on customer needs, while building relationships and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. You will process quotations, establish accounts, negotiate prices, dispatch deliveries and generate leads for new business, with a focus on growth and top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policy.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
• Generate leads for new business and share with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm call on lost or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom with stocked merchandise.
• Perform other duties as needed.
