Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Team Lead who will coach the Inside Sales team to achieve the Area's KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This working people leader develops, trains, motivates, and leads daily responsibilities of the inside sales team, covering new equipment orders, service contracts, parts, and rentals for customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the sales and service industry.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and internal software.
• Ability to work in a highly physical environment with lifting up to 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inside Sales team through onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Drive targets for orders, service contracts, and inventory accuracy.
• Standardize processes using lean methodology and track performance metrics.
• Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage annual physical inventory preparations and improve inventory processes.
• Collaborate with sales and service for timely order processing and delivery.
• Support quote generation and customer inquiries to grow the business.
• Build strong relationships with factory resources and account managers.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and approvals to minimize errors and disputes.
