Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in motion and control technologies, seeks an Inside Sales & Service Representative - Parts to support sales from inquiry to delivery. The role involves parts identification, quotes, order processing, and coordination with the outside sales force.

The selected candidate will develop market intelligence, assist stakeholders, and take on special projects as needed. Based in Greer, SC, the ISS Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, travel occasionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage information across multiple media.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests to generate sales of parts and services.
• Assist with parts identification and quote generation.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Act as primary customer contact through quote to delivery.
• Mentor peers and share best practices.
• Manage inventory to stocking levels.
• Oversee outside purchases and product transportation expenses.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance.
• Operate forklift in Parts Warehouse.
• Maintain paperwork and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses as requested.
