Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Inside Sales & Service - Parts professional to support the sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will identify parts, prepare quotes, and drive orders while aiding the outside sales team with lead generation and market intelligence.

Based at the Norcross Customer Center, the role involves coordinating complex orders, mentoring peers, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to customers. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Associates degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests to generate sales of products, services and parts.
• Assist customers with parts identification and generate quotes to convert to orders.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules and keep customers informed.
• Serve as main customer contact for complete sales cycle from quote to delivery.
• Mentor peers and share best practices as needed.
