Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound requests to generate sales of compressed air and related products.
• Assist customers with parts IDs and generate quotes that convert to orders.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Serve as key customer contact from quote through delivery.
• Mentor peers and share best practices as needed.
• Manage inventory to stocking levels and ensure error-free order processes.
• Oversee outside purchases and product transportation costs efficiently.
• Operate forklift in Parts Warehouse in compliance.
• Maintain paperwork and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
