Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Inside Sales and Service Representative to support customers across the Minneapolis area and other centers in Menomonee Falls, Aurora, Omaha, or Minneapolis. The role covers inquiry through delivery, including parts identification, quoting, order confirmation, pricing, and expediting.

You will coordinate with outside sales, generate market intelligence, and may participate in special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a customer service-related role.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as key customer contact to provide information on the full sales cycle from order acceptance through delivery.
• Enter, manage and balance sales and service agreements with accuracy.
• Follow up with customers and outside sales for order status.
• Manage inventory, stock, and equipment returns as needed.
• Ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
• Support outside purchases and transportation cost efficiency.
