Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative for the Greenville, OH Profit Center. You will handle telephone sales, process orders, and help customers at the counter while growing revenue and margins.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in customer service or inside sales, with a knack for upselling and building relationships. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Ability to use MS Office to communicate, track plans, and maintain files.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Manager.
• Process sales orders and bids from telephone sales.
• Assist customers picking up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads and develop new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Resolve customer problems and manage pricing deductions and returns.
• Support counter and outside sales activities as part of the team.
• Report credit risk changes to the Manager and Credit Manager.
