Job summary

Hajoca Corporation's Greenville, OH Profit Center is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to process orders, grow revenue, and provide outstanding customer service. You will work with the Profit Center Manager to set targets and support sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, knowledge of Profit Center products, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets as directed by the Manager.
• Work with the Profit Center Manager on revenue and margin targets.
• Process sales orders and bids from telephone sales accurately.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Resolve customer problems promptly, including pricing deductions and returns.
