Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, a national wholesale distributor, operates Treaty Supply in Greenville, OH, and is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to join the Profit Center team. You will handle telephone sales, process orders, and grow revenue by building trusted advisor relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, familiarity with the products sold in the Profit Center, and strong communication skills to upsell and provide

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns timely.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities as part of our Profit Center team.
• Communicate changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk.
• Complete required safety and compliance training programs.
