Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Teammate at our Greenville, OH location to support the warehouse through accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will count, verify, and process incoming shipments, store materials properly, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience, familiarity with products sold at the Profit Center,

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn to safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
