Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to support our Profit Center with telephone-based selling and customer service. You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and help expand sales through upselling and building relationships with customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, familiarity with the products, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets established by the Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and develop new ones.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.
