EmployBridge is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to join our Dayton-area team. You will generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, collaborating with field sales to hand off opportunities with thorough briefs.

This role is the first step in a defined career path, with promotion to Business Development Manager within 6 to 12 months as you build client relationships and learn the full sales cycle from first contact to

Qualifications

Interest in sales and a clear desire to build a career as a closer.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Track record of hitting targets in any context.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy.
Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified meetings through high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other tools.
Qualify inbound leads using a structured framework and coordinate with decision makers.
Book qualified meetings and hand them off to a BDM with a thorough briefing.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
Collaborate with BDMs and keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
