EmployBridge is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to join our inside sales team in Tulsa, OK or surrounding areas.

You will generate qualified meetings through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, hand off to a BDM, and focus on building skills for a future closer. This role emphasizes growth, execution, and collaboration within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to hold a conversation and write compelling emails.
• Track record of hitting targets or goals in any context (work, academics, sports, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay energetic and professional.
• Comfort with technology, CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings through high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other tools.
• Qualify inbound leads using a structured framework and hand off to a BDM with a thorough brief.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and participate in call reviews and team huddles.
• Collaborate with BDMs, stay curious about post-meeting outcomes, and contribute to pipeline growth.
