• Experience with other industrial equipment or services sold into the markets we serve will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls, faxes and emails from customers and handle in a timely manner.
• Ensure Inside efforts are aligned with Technician availability.
• Support accounting with problem invoices, returns and account information.
• Assist Sales personnel with Instrumentation initiatives.
• Complete quotes, order entry and purchase orders within customer time requirements.
• Build and cultivate solid relationships with customers.
