Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Trailer/Towing to join our Exeter, PA team. In this onsite role, you will speak with customers by phone, support existing accounts, and recommend trailer and towing products to meet client needs.

You will grow B2B relationships, follow up on leads, and learn about customers' businesses to suggest wiring, hitching, and related accessories. Travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows may be required.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will spend much of your day speaking with customers by phone, supporting existing accounts, following up on qualified leads, and recommending trailer, towing, and related aftermarket products that fit customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with trailer dealers, towing professionals, retailers, installers, and related customers through proactive outbound sales calls
• Grow existing B2B accounts and introduce new products and services
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts
• Learn about each customer’s business and recommend trailer hitches, towing equipment, wiring, brake controls, cargo management products, and related accessories
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team
• Continuously expand your trailer, towing, and aftermarket product knowledge and sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, trailer/towing, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits or trade shows

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or knowledge of trailer, towing, automotive aftermarket, or related products
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
