This role focuses on building relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts, handling inbound/outbound calls, and meeting sales goals. Training and support are provided to grow your career in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Has prior sales, account management or automotive industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, motivated mindset, comfortable asking for the sale.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Automotive enthusiast; you are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Can travel occasionally for customer visits or trade shows.

What You Will Do…

Help automotive shops, retailers and enthusiasts find the right aftermarket products, from performance and off-road parts to truck accessories, wheels, tires and other automotive products. This is an inside sales role where you'll spend much of your day speaking directly with customers by phone, developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow their business. You'll have clear sales and activity goals, along with the training and support needed to achieve them.
