Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Exeter, PA team. You will spend much of your day speaking with customers by phone, supporting existing accounts, following up on qualified leads, and recommending automotive aftermarket parts and accessories that fit customer needs.

You will build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts, grow B2B accounts, and maintain CRM data while pursuing sales goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with customers and prospects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to train the right person with automotive knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Recommend performance, off-road, truck accessory, wheel, tire, and related automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management and sales information in company systems
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and inside sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Automotive interest or enthusiasm encouraged; product and sales training provided
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
