Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Automotive Aftermarket. This onsite role can be based in Exeter, PA or Greensboro, NC.

You will engage automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts with consultative selling to grow B2B accounts and expand our product reach. You will maintain strong customer relationships, manage CRM data, and work toward aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts through proactive outbound sales calls.
• Grow existing B2B customer accounts and introduce new products and services.
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Recommend automotive parts and accessories including performance and wheel/tire items.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales information in company systems.
• Work toward sales targets and collaborate with the team.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will use consultative selling and product knowledge to strengthen customer relationships and grow automotive aftermarket business.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts through proactive outbound sales calls

• Recommend performance, off-road, truck accessory, wheel, tire, and related automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management and sales information in company systems
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and inside sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or knowledge of automotive aftermarket products
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
